We were very kindly sent, a ‘decorate your own Teepee’ from Big Game Hunters!!
I was actually really excited to receive this, and to let the kids wild with the wash-out pens, as we haven’t yet had a teepee in the house-only those pop up character tents all children end up having! Continue reading
We were very kindly sent WObbly Worm from Spin master to review! You may have noticed, that the title of this toy review blog, includes the line “the modern day Hoopla” – read on to find out why we thought that!!!
We were kindly sent the new Super Colour Deluxe Aquadoodle from Tomy, for Miss Olivia (and her Brother) to try out! We’re no strangers to an aquadoodle-one of my favourite things to take for Olivia to do on holiday, or on long car journeys, is the portable, smaller one of these-they fold away neatly and make no mess!
IMC toys very kindly sent us two Minnie Mouse toys, for Miss Olivia to play with! Being a rather big fan of Minnie Mouse and her crew, Olivia was absolutely thrilled when she opened the box to find two minnie mouse toys, and couldn’t wait to get stuck in!
After look back through my reviews, it’s occurred to me that this might be the first one I’ve done, not only about housework/cleaning, but specifically about a hoover.
Is it only me that worries when their child is unwell, not only about what they could have and how I could help, but also about wasting doctors time!
I’m such a worry wort, I concern myself that if I keep going to the doctors surgery, they’ll start to think I’m crazy and not take anything seriously!
I’m always Googling (I know I shouldn’t), so when I found out about Caidr, a new app which enables you to check symptoms, Google took a back seat!
Before I begin this blog, I know you’re probably thinking, what could I possibly have to say about hair transplants!
However, what those of you who have never met me or my Husband will know, is that we have more experience in hair loss than you’d think!
My Husband began losing his hair in his 20’s. It began with just thinning, but eventually he slowly lost the hair on the top of his head.
A member of his family had a hair transplant, but I asked him at the time if he’d want to do the same, and he said he wasn’t bothered. I think as time went on, that decision would’ve changed but we just didn’t have the opportunity.
Nowadays, he shaves it all off-even the bits that still grow! I couldn’t imagine him with hair now, and he’s happy with how he looks, but I do wonder if he’d heard about the FUE Procedure at the Harley Street Hair Clinic, he’d have made a different decision.
What is the FUE Procedure?
FUE-Follicular Unit Extraction, sometimes referred to as follicular unit transplantation, is the modern technique of hair restoration. FUE is a more advanced method of hair transplants than previous techniques like strip harvesting transplantation or FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation).
How much does it cost?

We were recently invited to The Punch Tavern in Canterbury, Kent, to try and review their dinner menu!
We don’t get to go to many meals out as a four, mainly because the restaurant needs to be family friendly, as we have children that can sometimes be a little feral, but also because any family friendly restaurants in our local area just aren’t that nice.
Unfortunately, I do not have the luxury of owning my own home. We have had a few homes, all of which were rented, either via letting agencies or social housing.
We now privately rent our current home, and, as per the tenancy agreement we signed when we moved in, we have a policy that states, the landlord is responsible for repairs to; the property’s structure and exterior, basins, sinks, baths and other sanitary fittings including pipes and drains, heating and hot water, gas appliances, pipes, flues and ventilation, electrical wiring and any damage that is caused when the repairs are attempted.
