It’s that time of year again people-the last payday before Christmas is almost upon us, so the panic buying can commence!
So, I’ve taken it upon myself to give you a helping hand-and give you some ideas for presents with some handy gift guides!
Today’s gift guide is the most important (don’t let anyone tell you different!)
This is a gift guide, for busy Mums!
Nelsons Arnicare-Arnica Bath and Massage Balm-Buy on Amazon for £8.13
Christmas is stressful-let’s face it, being a Mum has it’s fair share of stresses every day! A nice relaxing bath is exactly what’s needed, and this Bath and Massage Balm from Nelsons is the perfect way to unwind.
Beards & Daisies are a flower delivery company, specialising in stunning, gorgeous smelling bouquets for all occasions. Take this White Christmas display for only £34.99-the sweet scent is really something that must be enjoyed in person, and are a perfect gift for a busy Mum-whether that be your own Mother, your wife from you or the children, or a friend who you think deserves a little treat!
There are lots of different bouquets, and buying/subscription offers, so head over and take a look!
Herbal Hair and Scalp Oil from Samol Herbal–Buy on their website from only £5.40!A quick fix for dry, dehydrated hair, and perfect for a pamper evening, this Hair and Scalp Oil is a complete bargain at only £5.40 for a 10ml bottle. That may sound small, but as you don’t need to use a lot, it will last you a while, making the price really cost effective! The smaller bottle is perfect for a little stocking filler, and the larger bottle could be awesome in a homemade pamper hamper!
O’Keeffe’s Hardworking Skin Care Gift Set-Buy from Boots for £17.99.
A common complaint for a lot of busy Mums I speak to is dry hands, dry lips and sometimes even dry feet! This set is perfect for all three of those-honestly I’ve never used such incredible products that have an almost immediate effect.
Lakrids Christmas 2017 Salt Caramel Chocolate Liquorice-Buy from Sous Chef for £8.95.
Seriously, you have to try these! Buy some for a busy Mum too, but also buy yourself some-you truly will never have tasted anything like them before. Covered in a festive gold dust, salted caramel, melt in the mouth chocolate, these liquorice treats really are something special for a special Mum in your life!
Panasonic MJ-L500 Slow Speed Juicer-Buy on the Panasonic Juicer page of the website for £200.99.
Although I’m aware this gift is a little more expensive than the others I’ve put up, I genuinely do think this is perfect for a busy Mum. We’re all shattered, we all need a boost, but we rarely have time to get the vitamins and nutrients into our diet that we like to make sure the children have!
This juicer is perfect for that, giving you the opportunity to make healthy smoothies and frozen desserts, with a quiet efficient machine!
Momma Makes~Tired Mums’ Club Sweater-Buy over at Momma Makes for £19.00!
I’m tired-like really tired, so I kind of see it in two ways. I can either moan and make myself and others around me miserable about it, or I can celebrate it! These Tired Mums’ Club Sweaters are super soft, great quality and design, and perfect for those days where you just want to throw a jumper on (and tell the world you’re shattered!) Momma Makes have lots of amazing designs and clothing options over on their website-and what’s more, they’re a small brand, which I absolutely love the opportunity to support and help promote.
Pink Iphone Case from Speck–Buy from Amazon for £19.94.
Busy Mums with kids have one major issue if their kids are anything like mine-their phones. Mine aren’t allowed to touch any phones, partly because I don’t agree with whacking kids on an iPhone to keep them quiet, but also because I don’t trust them to keep the phone safe!
However, this doesn’t always mean they don’t pick it up to move it (or to try their luck). I never buy expensive cases-eBay is my shop of choice for affordable pretty cases.
This case though is well worth the price tag-solid, pretty (it’s pink so…) and I’ve already dropped the phone itself since having the case-not a test I’d recommend, but it didn’t break and the screen didn’t smash-winner!
Nelsons Calendular Cream-buy on Amazon for £7.28
I don’t know about you but I really get sore arms and legs in the winter-due to the cold air outside, and central heating inside making my skin dry and rough. I have some topical cream from the doctor that works OK, but this Calendular Cream from Nelsons really works!
Once again, a perfect little present for a stocking filler, but also great to put in with other products in a hamper!
Bach Rescue Remedy~Lozenges and Chewing Gum-Buy on Amazon £2.68 for the lozenges and £4.95 for the chewing gum.
These products are actually really important for me personally-as most of my readers will know, I suffer with Anxiety-which includes social anxiety. As a blogger, this does hinder my ability to attend events without panicking or having an anxiety attack-but these mental health issues also spill into my life as a too-worrying about the kids comes part and parcel with parenting!
I know I’m not alone with these issues, plenty of my fellow Mum friends have similar problems.
That’s why I am (and will always be) a massive fan of the Rescue Remedy range. All of their products (especially the gum) really help me and I’d really recommend them.
So there you have it! There are my top 10 gift ideas for busy Mums! Keep an eye out for tomorrow’s gift guide-there will be seven altogether, one for every day this week!
